AML Policy

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

F3 Gaming LLC is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This policy outlines our procedures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities on our platform.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

We perform identity verification on all users who request prize redemptions. This includes collecting and verifying government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Enhanced due diligence is applied to high-value transactions.

Transaction Monitoring

We monitor all transactions on the platform for suspicious activity. Our systems flag unusual patterns including rapid or large purchases, frequent redemption requests, and activity inconsistent with a player’s profile.

Suspicious Activity Reporting

If we identify suspicious activity, we will file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with the appropriate authorities. We are required by law to report certain transactions and may not inform the affected user of such reports.

Record Keeping

We maintain records of all customer identification documents, transaction records, and suspicious activity reports for a minimum of five years as required by applicable regulations.

Employee Training

All F3 Gaming employees receive regular AML training to recognize and report suspicious activities. Our compliance team stays current with evolving regulations and best practices.

Cooperation with Authorities

F3 Gaming fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation and prosecution of money laundering and related offenses.

Policy Updates

This AML Policy is reviewed and updated annually or as required by changes in applicable laws and regulations.
